Why do companies hire people and pay them a handsome amount of money? Because when a problem arises, they need someone to overcome it efficiently. Employers like a person who can accept and solve new challenges and work efficiently regardless of the situation.

Nothing goes smoother according to the plan every time, so you have to deal with the problem before it arises. So hire such an employee for a job that is efficient in solving complex tasks, who accept new challenges, works with passion, and delivers what he has said to be done.
Creative problem-solving works there where traditional problem-solving techniques fail. It solves your problems by first planning how to find and reach your situation. After that, you will have many ideas and innovations to overcome those problems and quickly achieve your goal.
Based on my experience, I will describe some examples of creative problems solving while at work.
Understand Problem
For the solution to the problem, first, know and understand the problem. Collect all the information about the situation and, if possible, read it thoroughly twice. Solutions are easy when issues are diagnosed efficiently.
Balance Divergent and convergent thinking
First, think divergently about the problem and observe the problem from different angles. It will make you understand what the problem is. Think as much as possible it will find all the possible solutions to that problem.
Thinking convergently means focusing on solutions and thinking more related to that problem. It helps the problems by narrowing them into small pieces, and the problem seems to be solved approximately. Thinking convergently provides efficiency, which is the most important while having so much burden of work and situation.
Hypothetical Thinking
Solving problems by thinking differently can help you deal with your issues quickly and efficiently. Take different scenarios and think about what would be the result if the problem happened in another case. This helps you clearly understand the nature of the problem.
Hypothetical thinking makes a clear image of the problem and all its aspects.
Brainstorming
Brainstorming means thinking about the problem but trying to find the solution by discussing the issues and the available options. To solve any problem, first, understand its nature, think about it, and ask if you have any doubts. It helps you bring new ideas and solutions to your problems. Ask questions that arise in your mind, enabling you to deal with the situation.
Ask Question Like
- What is the problem?
- How does the problem Occur?
- When did the problem happen?
- Why did it occur?
- Where is the concern, Arisen?
- Why did the problem arise?
Focus on constraints
Thinking extremely broad can distract you from solving the problem and make you less focused.
You have to think related to your problem and focus on solutions rather than concentrating on distracted constraints are some limitations and issues that prevent you from finding the resolution of the problem
Be creative and critical
Think out-of-the-box rather than thinking like a conservative. Think and implement new ideas and innovation by finding solutions using innovative ideas. Use advanced methods to solve and use different techniques to overcome the problem. Creative thinking will help you develop new and fresh solutions that are thought or implemented by none. Setup Deadline
Schedule a deadline to observe your workflow on your project or find the solution to a specific problem. It helps you find the solution as soon as possible. A deadline will remind you how much time is left and what is your progress and workflow.
Work In coordination
When multiple minds are focused on a problem, the chances of solutions are increased tremendously. When issues arise, coordinate between the team member, and you will find new ideas that will help you focus on every part of a problem, see all the possible solutions and think efficiently in coordination.
Ask For Help
No one is perfect in every field. A physics teacher will be an expert in his field, but he will act like a student in economics. So to problem-solving, the technique needs exceptional logical thinking, which will help you approach pain.
There is no shame in finding help regarding a concern. Ask for help from your subordinators; maybe they understand the problem differently or efficiently.
Take advice and suggestions from experts and discover some volunteer suggestions and opportunities.
Make Strong Decisions
First, understand the problem, and collect all the possible suggestions that will help you solve your problem. After keeping all the advice in your mind, I think convergently about all the tips and brainstorm every idea that will help me find the solution.
After doing all the above, make a firm decision, implement that solution, and maintain efficiency.

All the companies and agencies are trying to find those with all the above-described skills. Employees who can think critically and have problem-solving skills are more likely to be hired quickly and to be paid a high salary.
An employee would be successful If he focused on every detail of the problem and brainstormed possible solutions and outcomes of different ideas. Most like employees if their skills are innovative and they solve problems by applying new ideas and think of a problem as a challenge to themselves. His primary motive is to overcome the problem and make it crack.
