Its Palau de la Musica Catalana was constructed in 1905 by the Orfeo Catala (Catalan Choral Society).

Palau De La Música Catalana
The Palau de la Música Catalana Tickets (or Palace of Catalan Music in English) are easily available and it is the most beautiful concert hall I’ve ever been to in my lifetime and is the only one to be declared World Heritage by UNESCO. It was built from 1905 to 1908 by the Orfeo Catala Choral society established in 1891, the music auditorium is located at Barcelona, Spain. One of the best artists of Catalan modernism. After establishing the Orfeo Catala (or Catalan Orphean in English) on the 15th of September 1891 the composers and conductors Lluis Millet and AmadeoVives chose to employ the well-known designer Lluis Domenech and Montaner to design a modernist structure that would be the central office of the newly formed choir society. At the time the Luis Domenech i Montaner had begun his Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (or Hospital of the Holy Cross and Saint Paul, in English) which was one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as the Palau de la Musica Catalana – and was among the main figures of Catalan modernism along with Antoni Gaudi as well as Josep Puig I Cadafalch.
