About the Customer Info databank

The Norstart system information is kept on your computer as a databank file called CustomerInfo. This file consists of records containing customer details and connection properties for one or more Norstart systems. But, the database file is limited to the folder that also covers other information exactly to the customers, as Workbook files and backup files.

You can create multiple databanks. Each database can collect information about multiple systems. Also, at some times you can view complete information present in only the CustomerInfo database. You can copy databanks and customer annals within databases, but you cannot move customer annals from one database to an extra current database.
