The future of natural language AI

Much of the discussion about ChatGPT and other models has focused on the interactions’ nature and sometimes odd responses. However, the potential for using natural language to teach computers is enormous for those who adopt the technology.

Customer service is a clear application for AI. Most people are already familiar with chatbots, which mimic human conversation to either solve problems or pass on all relevant information to a human agent if necessary. Due to advancements in AI, it is likely that far more customer interactions will occur without actual human interaction.
