8 Things a Healthy Oven Can Do

Healthy Oven

If you are committed to a healthy lifestyle and have the right oven in your kitchen, your possibilities are endless. Ovens are very healthy cooking appliances that allow you to prepare a wide variety of dishes. The ability to prepare multiple dishes on one stovetop is not only convenient but also saves money, as you don’t have to buy a whole set of cookware to try different recipes. As mentioned in the first line of this article, however, the cooking utensil must be suitable.

Clay oven has features that other ovens don’t have. Want to make sure your stove is set up properly? Make sure it can perform the following eight functions

1. Natural non-stick coating

If treated properly (repeatedly), the stove has a natural non-stick coating. It repels food without harmful coatings and without sticking to the sides. Cleaning is made easy by wiping it down with a clean stream of water without soap or detergent.

Metal and ceramic cookware require toxic coatings to achieve a non-stick effect and contaminate food during cooking.

2. Aeration.

Pure clay walls are semi-porous and allow a lot of oxygen to pass through. The effect is to improve the taste and aroma of cooked food. No other cooking utensil has this capacity.

3 – Can be used in stoves and ovens.

The cookware can be used both on the stove and in the oven – thanks to the raw materials. This means that one and the same pan can be used for all types of cooking. Conventional pans do not offer this possibility.

4. Can keep food warm for 5 to 6 hours without fire.

Pure clay pots have excellent heat retention properties and can keep food warm for 5-6 hours after cooking. Therefore, there is no need to reheat the food each time and prepare it again. The cooking process can also continue after the heat source is turned off, saving energy. Have you ever heard that you can do the same thing with metal pans? On the contrary, they lose heat as soon as you turn off the heat.

5. Cooking without destroying nutrients

Some fragile but important nutrients, such as complex carbohydrates and flavonoids, are destroyed by the high heat of metal and ceramic. However, they are preserved when cooked with the gentle infrared heat of pure clay. A regular, nutrient-rich diet helps the body feel better.

6. Water-soluble nutrients are retained in the form of water vapor.

During cooking, water-soluble nutrients often escape as steam through the openings of metal or ceramic pot lids. Pure clay pots handle this in a unique way by allowing this steam to condense inside the lid, where the temperature is relatively low. They are not completely lost during cooking but return to the food. The reason for this is that these water-soluble nutrients cannot be stored in the body and can therefore only be absorbed regularly through the diet.

7. 100% non-toxic raw materials

The raw materials used in Ovens have a considerable influence on the health of food. While metals and ceramics leach toxic substances during cooking and contaminate the food, pure clay is naturally inert and does not leach. Foods cooked in pure clay are therefore free of metal toxins. The purity of pure clay has been proven in laboratory tests and can be confirmed at home by leaching tests with alkaline baking soda.

8. Environmentally friendly production, use, and disposal.

It is not only healthy for food but also friendly to the planet. From the extraction of raw materials to the manufacture of the final product, there are no environmentally harmful by-products. In addition, it is biodegradable and can be easily disposed of after use.
